"I was a Classmate of his brother Bill's, who passed away several years ago. I was lucky enough to get to know Brian when he lived here at the Harbor Tower for a short while. He would join us for Greed (dice) and other things going on here. He was a friendly man and I always enjoyed his company. He moved out after awhile. As a Senior Companion Volunteer, he lived across the street from a home I was volunteering at in North Town. I noticed he was outside of where I was. I came out, and he shook my hand, thanking me for being such a good friend. At this point I didn't hang around with him at all, but would see him occasionally. I even tried helping him trace his ancestry at one time. He always valued a friendship and let you know. Sorry to hear of his passing. He'll be sadly missed. "

"To Brian's family, please accept my condolences on the untimely loss of your beloved husband, father, and grandfather. I was friends with Brian and the Bowden family in the 1970s and lost touch with them after joining the Navy and moving to California. Brian was a great guy and will be missed. May his memory and lasting love be a comfort to you in your time of sorrow."

"So very sorry to hear about Brian passing. I would often talk to him, especially in the alley behind his house. That's where I'd walk my little dog at times. His dog Willy usually let Brian know we were there. I heard Brian had some medical issues and now he'll be at ease soaring high above us all. Rest in Peace young man!!!🙏🙏"

"Dear family, I am so saddened to hear of Brian’s passing. We lost touch many years ago but I remember good times growing up. I am also so sad to see Dollys name listed in names of family that has gone before Brian.
