Daniel "Dan" S. Allen, 74, Gladstone, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday May 1, 2022 at U.P. Health System Marquette. He was born on November 8, 1947 in Milwaukee, WI, son of the late Stuart and Geneva (Jacobi) Allen. On September 2, 1972 he married the former Karen Severinsen at St. Patrick's Church in Escanaba.

          Dan is survived by his wife, his son: Tim Allen, a brother: Michael (Charlene) Allen, a sister-in-law: Pattie (Roger) Kremers, two brothers-in-law: Gary Severinsen and Denis (Ann) Severinsen, as well as nieces and nephews.

          He was preceded in death by his parents.

          A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Friday May 6, 2022 at All Saints Catholic Church in Gladstone with Fr. Jamie Ziminski officiating. A luncheon and time of sharing stories will follow Mass in the church parish hall.

          The Allo Coolman Funeral Homes are assisting the Allen family.
