George was preceded in death by his parents, an infant daughter: Margaret, a granddaughter: Kimberly Sherman, two brothers: Victor and Peter Koster and one sister: Marie.

Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Monday May 5, 2014 at St. Anne's Parish in Escanaba. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Monday at church with Fr. Francis DeGroot officiating. A luncheon will follow Mass in the church parish hall.

The Koster family would like to extend a thank you to the staff of Marquette General Hospice, Northwoods and the VA for their care and support during this difficult time, and a special thank you to Rev. Lewis and his wife Linda Hague.
