  • "Bishop Noa Home will never be the same without Josie. She was always there for her friends and family and I could never thank her enough for taking my mother under her wing to make her feel welcome. I will also never forget my childhood days of riding my bike with the Gartland boys to her and Papas house to get cookies. We will all miss you dearly."
