          Joyce A. Gagne, 72, Powers, passed away on Tuesday morning, November 14, 2017 at her home with her family by her side. She was born in Ingalls, MI on January 22, 1945, daughter of Willard and Doris (Shampo) Corey. On November 18, 1967, Joyce married Eli Gagne at Precious Blood Catholic Church in Stephenson.
         
          Joyce was a member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church. She enjoyed quilting, knitting, and crocheting. She especially loved spending time with her family and playing with children. Joyce was an incredibly caring and loving wife and mother.
 
          She is survived by her loving husband: Eli, children: Ronald (Kristine) Gagne, Thomas (Heather) Gagne, and Cathleen (Bob) Haelterman, brothers: Francis (Kathy), Jim (Bev) Joe (Debbie), and Peter (Gloria) Corey, sisters: Rosie (Paul) Jansen, Evelyn Englund, and Janice (Ray) Betters, 10 grandchildren , 10 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
 
          Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, in laws: Eli J. and Yvette Gagne, brothers: Ed and Bill Corey, sister in law: Mary, and brother in law Bob.
 
          Friends may call on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 from 11:00 am to 1:00 p.m. (CST) at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Spalding. Mass of Christian Burial will follow the visitation at church on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. with Fr. Jacek Wtyklo officiating. A meal will follow mass in the church parish hall. Burial will be in Spalding Township Cemetery in the spring.
