          Joyce V. Eastberg, 93, Traverse City, passed away on Tuesday September 22, 2015 at Tendercare in Traverse City. Joyce was raised in Powers and then resided in Menominee for 40 years and lived in Traverse City , MI for the past 35 years.    She was born on July 22, 1922 in Escanaba, the daughter of the late Earl and Martha (Gorzinski) Kell.
 
          She enjoyed oil painting, ceramics, boating, gardening, sewing and reading.
 
          Joyce is survived by a daughter: Donna (Charles) Campbell, a son: Ron (Wenafleur) Eastberg, one brother: Roger (Lois) Kell, three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
 
          She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister: Martha Schupp and one brother: Earl Kell Jr.
 
          A committal service will be held at 9:30 a.m. (CST) on Monday September 28, 2015 at the Spalding Township Cemetery with Fr. Francis DeGroot officiating.
 
          In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tendercare in Traverse City, Living Moments Unit: 2828 Concord St., Traverse City, MI 49696 or a Mass offering in her name.
