          Mary L. Guindon, 79, Wells, passed away on Friday, July 7, 2017 at Christian Park Healthcare Center. She was born in Escanaba on May 6, 1938, daughter of the late Levi and Leonna (Raguette) Allard. On October 19, 1963 Mary married the love of her life, Francis Guindon, at St. Anthony of Padua Church in Wells.
 
          Mary enjoyed cheering on the Detroit Tigers, fixing puzzles and bowling in the Tuesday Women's League and Sunday Couple's League. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
 
          She is survived by her husband: Francis, children: Penny (Charles) Propst and Allen (Lisa) Guindon, sister: Joan (George) Stegner, grandchildren: Nicole (Scott) Richie, Dylan (Alyssa) Guindon, Amber Jo (Casey) Jandron, and Charlotte (Kelley Klatt) Stearn, great grandchildren: Carter Richie, Ryan and Mason Jandron, KayDence Stearn, and Charli Klatt, as well as many nieces and nephews.
 
          Mary was preceded in death by her parents, father and mother in law: Joseph Rene and Isabelle Guindon, son in law: Kenneth Nelson, grandson: Bradley Allen Nelson, and sisters in law: Leona St. Vincent and Alice (Homer) Remsberg.
 
          Friends may call on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at the Allo Coolman Funeral Home in Escanaba from 4 to 6 p.m. A funeral service celebrating Mary's life will follow visitation at the funeral home at 6 p.m. with Fr. Emmett Norden officiating. Burial will be in Gardens of  Rest Cemetery.
