          Michael J. Charlier, 65, Carney, passed away on Monday, October 23, 2017 at UP Health System- Marquette with loving family by his side. He was born in Daggett, MI on January 8, 1952, son of  the late Orville and Evelyn (DeGrave) Charlier.
 
          Michael is survived by two children: Jeffrey (Heather) Charlier and Chrysta Charlier, brother: Gary (Cathy) Charlier, sisters: Diane (Peter) Kleiman and Debbie (Bill) Stier, five grandchildren: Evelyn, Kaitlyn, Nathaniel, Alexander, and Griffin, former spouse: Carol Smith, other loving family: Wendi Sustarich, James Smith and their children, as well as nieces and nephews.
 
          He was preceded in death by his parents and brother: David Charlier.
 
          Friends may call on Thursday, October 26, 2017 from 12:00 (noon) to 2:00 p.m. (CST) at the Allo Coolman Funeral Home in Spalding. Funeral services will follow visitation at the funeral home on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. (CST) with Fr. Jacek Wtyklo officiating. A meal will follow the funeral service at the Carney American Legion Post #487.
 
          The Allo Coolman Funeral Homes are assisting the Charlier Family.
