  • "My heart is sad for all of us left behind. I know Millie must feel that half of her is missing, and Dottie a solid link to her own life and heritage. I have been remembering all the times we spent together in Menominee and at both farms, and what a tease Uncle Orvie was. I loved how he could wind up my dad, the oldest of the kids. I have missed being with Millie and Orvie for so many years. Glad I got to see them both at the reunion. Love and hugs from the NC family."
