          June Marie Arnold, 70, Hermansville, passed away on Thursday January 1, 2015 at Dickinson County Hospital in Iron Mountain, MI. She was born on June 11, 1944 in Norway, MI, the daughter of the late Frank and Stella (Tomasoski) Ball. On December 24, 1960 she married Robert Arnold in Norway, MI.
          June enjoyed baking cakes for many different special occasions and made everyone feel welcome at her house, where nobody ever left hungry. Family meant everything to June, and will be remembered mostly as a wonderful loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
          She is survived by her husband, children: Jeff Lacosse, Don (Patti) Arnold, Ron (Cindy) Arnold, Melanie (Guy Morris) Lacosse, Larry (Marge) Lacosse, Wayne Lacosse and Mae (Dave) Joerndt, brother: Frank (JoAnn) Ball, sister: Alyce (Alvin) Barker, nine grandchildren: Amber Lacosse, Annette (Nick) Akerley, Donny (Liane) Arnold, Kevin (Holli) Arnold, Dakota Arnold, Jill Lacosse, Michelle (Leo) Gorzinski, Ananda Voecks and Elliot Voecks, eight great-grandchildren: Jayden, Karter, Avah, Scotty, JT, Olivia, Mikah and Zoe, as well as many special nieces, nephews and friends.
          June was preceded in death by her parents, two children: Annette and Jon and two brothers: Ted (Martha) Ball and Robert "Pocho" (Eva) Ball.
          Friends may call from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. (CST) on Monday January 5, 2015 at the Allo Coolman Funeral Home in Spalding. June's life will be celebrated during a time of remembrance at 5:00 p.m. (CST) on Monday at the funeral home. A luncheon will follow services at the Floriano Stecker American Legion Post #340 in Hermansville. Burial will take place in the Meyer Township Cemetery in the spring.
